1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website selfpadelreplay.com and/or the SelfPadelReplay application, you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SelfPadelReplay is a smartphone application (currently available on iOS, coming soon on Android) that allows you to record, save and review padel match replays. The service includes:

• The SelfPadelReplay mobile app
• The "Field Kit" physical accessory (where purchased)
• This informational website

3. Permitted Use

The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. The following are prohibited:

• Copying, modifying or distributing the software or any part of it
• Attempting to access the source code through reverse engineering
• Using the app for illegal purposes or in violation of third-party rights
• Recording and sharing images of individuals without their consent

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and app (logo, graphics, code, text) is the exclusive property of SelfPadelReplay and protected by copyright law. Any reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.

5. Field Kit Purchase

The following conditions apply to Field Kit purchases:

• Right of withdrawal: 14 days from receipt of the product, for EU consumers
• Legal warranty: 2 years from the date of purchase
• Shipping: times and costs will be shown at checkout

6. Limitation of Liability

SelfPadelReplay is not liable for:

• Service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure
• Data loss on the user's device
• Incompatibility with specific devices or OS versions
• Indirect damages arising from the use of the app

7. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms: changes will take effect from the date of publication on the website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For EU consumers, disputes shall be subject to the courts of the consumer's domicile. For B2B relationships, the courts of Milan shall have jurisdiction.
